MC Machinery Systems Announces Transition of Canadian EDM & Machining Service to Ferro Technique

MC Machinery Systems, Inc. announces, effective April 1, 2026, all Canadian EDM, machining, and grinding sales, service and support operations will transition to Ferro Technique, a newly integrated subsidiary of MC Machinery Systems.

This transition represents a strategic step in strengthening MC Machinery’s service presence across Canada by combining Ferro Technique’s long-standing regional expertise with MC Machinery’s advanced technology portfolio.

What This Means for Current MMSC Customers *IMPORTANT*

For current MC Machinery Systems Canada (MMSC) customers, day-to-day operations remain unchanged.

Customers will continue to receive the same high level of service and support, with the added benefit of:

  • More service coverage across Ontario and Quebec regions.
  • Expanded support for EDM, machining, and grinding equipment
  • A larger, unified service team combining MMSC and Ferro Technique technicians

As part of this integration, existing MC Machinery Canada sales and service personnel will transition to Ferro Technique employees, ensuring continuity in the relationships, knowledge, and support customers rely on today.

The only change for customers will be updated contact channels for service and support.**

Fabrication Division Update

MC Machinery Systems Canada’s fabrication division will continue to operate as it does today, with no changes to current processes, contacts, or support – at this time.

Enhanced Regional Support

Ferro Technique, with established offices in Windsor, Toronto, and Montreal, brings over seven decades of industry experience and customer relationships in the Canadian machining and manufacturing market. As Ferro approaches its 75th anniversary in 2027, the company continues to build on its reputation as a trusted partner in productivity.

By integrating MMSC’s existing service team with Ferro Technique’s operations, customers will benefit from broader geographic coverage, faster response times, and a more robust support network.

**Effective April 1, 2026, MC Machinery Systems Canada EDM, machining and grinding customers should use the following contact information:
